Mechanical installations

Our professional Installations team liaises with machine manufacturers and technical advisors to install machines and equipment in industrial production facilities. Our accomplished mechanical fitters ensure all components and modules are installed as per manufacturers guidelines and specifications. Within our capabilities, we can offer Removal and Decommissioning of existing machines, Area Preparation including concrete drilling, coring, cutting and design and fabrication services of auxiliary components to accomplish a successful commissioning.

We apply technical knowledge along with strict adherence to schedules, budgets and safety protocols to some of the most technologically advanced, capital-intensive and world-leading manufacturing plants in Ireland and the UK.

Annual Shutdown Maintenance

Plant shutdown periods allow for planned maintenance on valuable production lines and associated services. The main activities are preventative in nature with the focus on equipment inspections. This is the opportune time to replace worn-out or broken process materials and equipment at their useful end-of-life. Our skilled teams have vast experience in mechanical and operational maintenance across a variety of industries along with an appointed project manager to liaise with maintenance engineers.
